How does the process work?

We begin by obtaining from you a list of your requirements.

We will then being the search for the right property for you.

Email brochures of properties will be sent through regularly and through these we begin a process of elimination which will help us get a better understanding of the perfect property for you.

Once we source a property that you are interested in, we will suggest you view the property. If you like the property we will also view the property and report back to you on various advantages and disadvantages and what we think it is worth in today’s market.

If we both think the property could be the right one we will then either negotiate for you if it is a private sale or bid on your behalf at auction, plus we do much, much more.

There are certain techniques to bidding at auction in which we have great experience in, as we conduct our own auctions and have bid on behalf of our clients for decades.
