STC Cricket Club

J A CAIN has sponsored STC cricket club for many years, having the founder of J A CAIN, Joe Cain, his son Bryan Cain and Grandson Brendan Cain all playing cricket and winning Premierships for the club at some stage.

STC South Camberwell Cricket Club, founded in 1967, is one of the largest non-merged clubs in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Affiliated with the Eastern Cricket Association STC caters for all standards and age groups. From a junior development Milo In2cricket programme, through junior cricket for players aged ten to 16 and our senior teams that include two in elite shield grades.

Founded by a group of Glen Iris locals, STC is proud of its background, its local community and maintains the family spirit that helped it grow to a strong and viable community club. STC’s home ground is Nettleton Park in Glen Iris, with our first and second XI sides playing their home games at Warner Reserve in Ashburton.
